Claims for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please be aware that undamaged items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Certain types of products are not eligible for returns, including:

- Clearance Items
- Sale Items
- Gift Cards
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email confirming its arrival and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Exchanges:
We only replace items in the case of defects or damage. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at cs@KatScrappiness.com, attaching photographic proof of the damage. We'll promptly handle your exchange or initiate a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!

You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For items exceeding $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance. This precaution ensures the ability to trace your returned item, as we cannot guarantee receipt without these measures. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
